All CONERGIES products are backed by a limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects, subject to proper installation, registration, use, and maintenance.
Warranty coverage varies by product category and, where applicable, by warranty zone. For selected products, the stated warranty period may vary depending on the zone in which the product is installed.

Warranty zones are based on regional climate and environmental exposure, including factors such as UV intensity and temperature. The warranty period shown for each product reflects the applicable coverage range based on these conditions.
Our warranty is intended to cover qualifying issues related to product material or manufacturing quality during the stated warranty period. Depending on the product category, this may include defects such as yellowing, cracking, bubbling, delamination, or other qualifying manufacturing defects.
To qualify for warranty coverage, the product must be genuine, used for its intended application, installed in accordance with official guidelines and accepted professional standards, and properly maintained after installation. Where required, warranty registration must also be completed, and valid proof of purchase and installation may be requested when submitting a claim.
This limited warranty does not cover issues resulting from improper storage, handling, installation, maintenance, misuse, abuse, accidents, road hazards, vandalism, unsuitable surfaces, normal wear, gradual aging, or environmental exposure. It also does not cover labor, removal, reinstallation, shipping, transportation, downtime, loss of use, or any incidental or consequential damages unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
All warranty claims are subject to review by CONERGIES. If a claim is approved, the remedy is limited to replacement product or another remedy specified under the relevant product warranty. Any replacement provided under warranty does not reset or extend the original warranty period.

Warranty Zones by Country
For products with zone based warranty coverage, the applicable warranty period is determined by the country or region in which the product is installed.
Warranty zones are based on long term environmental exposure, including factors such as UV intensity, temperature, and overall climate conditions. Zone 1 applies to regions with generally milder or more moderate conditions. Zone 2 applies only to regions with more extreme and demanding weather conditions that may place greater long term stress on the product.
