ColorPPF Warranty Zones
For ColorPPF, the applicable warranty period is determined by the country or region in which the product is installed.
The warranty zone is based on the installation location, regardless of where the product was purchased, supplied, invoiced, shipped, or registered.
The ColorPPF warranty periods are:
- Zone 1: 10 Years
- Zone 2: 8 Years
- Zone 3: 5 Years
The warranty-zone classifications below are established specifically for CONERGIES warranty purposes. They may differ from conventional geographic or political classifications.
Where a country or territory could reasonably fall under more than one geographic region, the specific classification stated in this warranty document takes precedence.
Zone 1
Zone 2
Zone 3
Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cabo Verde, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, São Tomé and Príncipe, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe
Important Warranty-Zone Conditions
For applicable products, the warranty period reflects the coverage provided for the warranty zone in which the product is installed.
Moving, exporting, or relocating a vehicle or protected surface after installation does not automatically change the warranty period established at the time of installation and registration.
Where a product is installed in one warranty zone and then used primarily or permanently in a more demanding warranty zone, CONERGIES reserves the right to review the applicable coverage based on the product’s actual location, environmental exposure, and usage history.
If a country, territory, dependency, or region is not specifically listed, CONERGIES reserves the right to determine the applicable warranty zone based on factors including:
- Geographic location
- UV intensity
- Temperature
- Humidity
- Prolonged heat exposure
- Tropical or desert conditions
- Seasonal climate conditions
- Environmental contamination
- Expected product exposure
- Local product-performance conditions
CONERGIES also reserves the right to determine the applicable zone where a country, territory, or installation location has unusual environmental conditions that are not reasonably represented by its broader regional classification.
CONERGIES may update warranty-zone classifications where necessary to reflect changes in product specifications, testing data, environmental conditions, warranty experience, or company policy.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a later change to the warranty-zone structure will not retroactively reduce the valid warranty period of a product registered before the effective date of the updated classification.
