  1. Introduction

Welcome to the official website of CONERGIES (Zhejiang) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (“CONERGIES,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Service and Sale (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, services, and related features. They also apply when you submit an inquiry, request samples or catalogs, create an account, or place an order directly through our website.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.

Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Warranty Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website.

If you purchase products under a separate quotation, invoice, dealer agreement, distributor agreement, or other written agreement with CONERGIES, that agreement will apply in addition to these Terms. If there is a conflict, the separately agreed written terms will take priority to the extent of the conflict.

  • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information
  • Use our website content, product images, technical materials, or trademarks in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others
  • Use the website in any way that may damage the reputation, interests, or operations of CONERGIES

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our website if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.

  1. Accounts and Account Security

Certain website features may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Keeping your account details up to date
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Restricting access to your account
  • Notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization

You are responsible for activities carried out through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

All content available on our website, including text, product descriptions, logos, trademarks, graphics, photographs, videos, software, applications, technical materials, catalogs, layouts, designs, and other content, is owned by CONERGIES or used with permission from the relevant rights holder.

This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable right to access and use our website for personal use or legitimate business evaluation purposes.

  1. Product Information and Visual Representation

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the product information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, product descriptions, technical specifications, colors, finishes, packaging, availability, dimensions, and other details may be updated or changed without prior notice.

Product images, digital renderings, photographs, and videos are provided for reference purposes. The appearance of a product may vary depending on:

  • Screen settings
  • Lighting conditions
  • Camera settings
  • Vehicle paint color
  • Surface condition
  • Installation method
  • Viewing angle
  • Environmental conditions

Digital images cannot always accurately represent the final appearance of a physical product. We recommend reviewing physical samples or swatches before making a final product selection, particularly when selecting Color PPF or other appearance related products.

Installation quality and the condition of the underlying surface may also affect the final appearance and performance of automotive films.

  1. Product Suitability and Installation

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended application before installation.

Automotive films should be stored, handled, installed, and maintained in accordance with the applicable product instructions and professional installation practices.

Certain products may require installation by a qualified professional installer. Warranty eligibility may depend on factors such as:

  • The product category
  • The installation method
  • The installer’s qualifications
  • Warranty registration
  • Proof of purchase
  • Installation records
  • Compliance with care and maintenance guidelines
  • The country or region of installation

Please refer to our Warranty Policy and applicable product documentation for further details.

Customers are also responsible for confirming whether the installation and use of a product complies with applicable local laws and regulations. This is particularly important for products such as window films, headlight protection films, and windshield protection films, as permitted specifications and road use restrictions may vary between jurisdictions.

  1. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the quantity of products available for purchase
  • Discontinue products
  • Update product ranges
  • Change product specifications
  • Restrict sales in certain markets
  • Refuse or cancel orders where products are unavailable

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where applicable, arrange a refund for the unavailable product.

  1. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through our website does not automatically mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order is an offer to purchase products from CONERGIES. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

An order is accepted only when we issue an order confirmation, confirm the order in writing, or dispatch the products, depending on the applicable sales process.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • A product is unavailable
  • Payment cannot be authorized or completed
  • The order contains inaccurate information
  • There is an error in the product description, price, or availability
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorized resale
  • Shipping restrictions apply
  • The order would violate applicable law
  • The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund for the cancelled products.

  1. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency stated on the relevant product page, quotation, invoice, or checkout page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Shipping costs may be charged separately
  • Customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, customs clearance charges, and other fees may apply
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable import related charges
  • Payment processing fees may apply depending on the selected payment method
  • Prices may change without notice before an order has been accepted

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing information is accurate. However, errors may occur.

If we identify a pricing error before accepting your order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order.

Payment terms for dealer, distributor, wholesale, or business orders may be specified separately in a quotation, invoice, or written agreement.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, order quantity, and selected delivery service.

Delivery times are estimates only unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Carrier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Incomplete or inaccurate delivery information
  • Events of force majeure

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

Customers are also responsible for providing any information or documentation required for customs clearance and import procedures in the destination country.

The transfer of title and risk of loss will be determined in accordance with the applicable shipping terms, order confirmation, quotation, invoice, or mandatory law.

  1. Inspection of Delivered Products

Customers should inspect delivered products promptly after receipt.

If a shipment appears to be damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at [email protected] and provide:

  • Your order number or invoice number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs or videos where relevant
  • Photographs of the outer packaging where relevant
  • Any supporting delivery or carrier documentation

Failure to report visible shipping damage promptly may affect our ability to submit a claim to the shipping provider.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Return, cancellation, and refund eligibility depends on the product, order type, customer location, and applicable law.

Please contact us at [email protected] before returning any product. Products should not be returned without prior authorization.

Unless required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing, returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened
  • Products that have been installed or partially used
  • Products that have been cut, altered, damaged, or improperly stored
  • Custom products
  • Special order products
  • Custom lengths
  • Samples, swatches, or catalogs
  • Products returned without prior authorization

Where a return is accepted, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, customs charges, and other reasonable costs unless the return relates to an accepted product defect, an incorrect shipment, or mandatory law requires otherwise.

Any approved refund will be processed using an appropriate payment method after the returned products have been received and inspected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer rights that apply under the laws of your jurisdiction.

  1. Direct Sales, Authorized Dealers, and Distributors

CONERGIES products may be sold directly by CONERGIES or through authorized dealers and distributors.

Products purchased through unauthorized channels may not be eligible for warranty coverage, technical support, or other after sales services, subject to applicable law and the terms of our Warranty Policy.

Authorized dealers and distributors are independent businesses unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. They are not automatically authorized to make commitments, representations, guarantees, or agreements on behalf of CONERGIES.

Dealer, distributor, and wholesale relationships may be governed by separate written agreements.

  1. Warranty Policy

Certain CONERGIES products are covered by limited warranties.

Warranty periods, eligible products, regional conditions, registration requirements, installation requirements, covered defects, claim procedures, and exclusions vary depending on the product category and place of installation.

Please refer to our official Warranty Policy for the terms that apply to your product.

Except where expressly stated in our Warranty Policy or required by applicable law, no statement on our website should be interpreted as creating an additional product warranty.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. User Submitted Content

Certain features or services may allow you to submit photographs, vehicle images, feedback, inquiries, reviews, or other content.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to submit the content
  • The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
  • The content is not unlawful, misleading, harmful, or offensive
  • The content does not contain malicious software or harmful code

You grant us a limited, nonexclusive right to process submitted content only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, respond to your inquiry, operate the relevant feature, or comply with applicable law.

We will not use customer photographs or submitted content for marketing purposes without appropriate permission, unless the content has been separately provided for that purpose or otherwise agreed.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or general feedback regarding our products or services, we may use that feedback to improve our products, services, and operations without an obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Third Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to websites, platforms, applications, or services operated by third parties.

These may include payment providers, social media platforms, shipping providers, software tools, or other external services.

Where consent is required by applicable law, such as for certain optional cookies or marketing communications, we will request it separately.

  1. Website Availability and Modifications

We aim to keep our website available and accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or its features at any time.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
