A PPF may look great on a vehicle, but appearance alone does not tell the full story. A high performance film needs to withstand the conditions it may face throughout its service life.
At CONERGIES, testing is an important part of our PPF development and quality control process. With a range of testing equipment in our factory, we can evaluate how our materials and finished films respond to different environmental conditions.

Testing Under Controlled Conditions
Our factory is equipped with a range of environmental testing systems for evaluating PPF materials and finished films under controlled conditions.
Some of the equipment we use includes:
• Programmable Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber
• Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber
• High and Low Temperature Cycling Test Chamber
These are just some of the testing systems available in our factory. Together with our other testing capabilities, they allow us to evaluate how our materials and finished PPF respond to different environmental conditions.

Why Environmental Testing Matters
PPF can experience significant changes throughout its lifespan. From hot sunlight and high humidity to cold temperatures and sudden temperature changes, the film needs to maintain its performance across different environments.
Controlled testing helps us study how our materials respond to these conditions and identify opportunities for improvement.
This is especially important when developing our in house TPU system. By testing materials under controlled conditions, we can better understand their performance and continue optimizing the complete PPF system.

From Material Development to Finished Film
At CONERGIES, testing is part of our continuous development process:
Develop → Test → Analyze → Improve
Our goal is not simply to create a film that looks good when installed. We want to understand how our materials perform under different conditions and use that information to continuously improve our products.
From raw material development to the finished PPF, testing helps us build products with greater consistency, reliability, and long term performance.
Better PPF is not just developed. It is tested, measured, and continuously improved.
