Satin & Matte Metallic

The Satin/Matte Metallic Series combines metallic color customization with a soft satin or muted matte finish. Fine metallic particles add depth and subtle detail, while softened reflections emphasize the vehicle’s contours for a refined, understated appearance.

Built with aliphatic TPU, encapsulated color layers, and a hydrophilic, self-healing HYPEROPTICOAT topcoat, the Satin/Matte Metallic Series helps protect painted surfaces against stone chips, light scratches, and environmental contaminants. It supports both dry and wet installation, with air-release adhesive and supplied CONERGIES TackEase wipes to assist dry application.

Product Highlights
Rich colors with fine metallic detail create a refined satin or matte appearance for complete vehicle transformations.
Designed to resemble satin or matte metallic paint, with a smooth surface and even visual texture.
The HYPEROPTICOAT topcoat encourages water to spread across the surface and allows light surface scratches and swirl marks to recover with heat.
Color layers sit between two aliphatic TPU layers, combining the decorative finish with a flexible protective structure.
Helps protect painted surfaces against stone chips, light scratches, and environmental contaminants during everyday driving.
Supports controlled application and secure bonding, with air-release channels that help release trapped air during dry installation.
Supports both application methods, allowing installers to select an approach suited to the panel shape and installation conditions.
Supplied CONERGIES TackEase wipes assist dry installation by temporarily reducing initial tack on suitable panel areas.
Flexible TPU supports application across curved and complex panels. Controlled stretching and tension management help maintain a consistent finish.
Supported by the CONERGIES limited warranty, subject to the applicable product, region, installation, and care requirements.
Film Structure
The film is built using a multi-layer PPF architecture designed for both protection and aesthetics.

Satin & Matte Metallic FAQs

How is this series different from Satin Matte and Gloss Metallic?

Choose this series when the customer wants both metallic depth and a lower-sheen surface. Satin Matte focuses on soft or muted color finishes; Gloss Metallic has a brighter reflection. Compare physical samples together, since the difference is harder to judge on a screen.

How can installers keep the metallic appearance consistent across panels?

Before cutting a full vehicle, place samples in the planned orientation on adjacent panels and check them from more than one angle. Confirm the selected color’s cutting guidance and, where possible, plan the job with material from the same production batch. Do not assume every shade behaves identically.

Can we replace one damaged panel without redoing the whole vehicle?

Yes, if the replacement film matches the surrounding panels closely enough. Keep the original color code and roll batch in the job record. Before replacing the panel, compare a new sample beside the installed film in daylight; use and aging may have changed its appearance.

Can the same metallic color look different across vehicle panels?

It can. Panel curvature, viewing angle, lighting, and film orientation may change how the metallic effect appears. Before starting a full installation, compare the selected color on adjacent panels and confirm the roll direction with your installer.
