Structured Textures Series

Our Structured Textures Series gives your shop carbon fiber PPF looks and other material-inspired finishes without replacing the vehicle’s painted panels. Defined patterns add depth that a solid color cannot, while the flexible TPU film provides a protective layer over the paint. The Structured Textures Series helps protect painted surfaces against stone chips, light scratches, and environmental contaminants.

Product Highlights
Patterns inspired by carbon fiber and stone create a distinctive appearance for complete vehicle transformations.
Visual depth and defined pattern detail give each finish the character of the material it represents.
The HYPEROPTICOAT topcoat encourages water to spread across the surface and allows light surface scratches and swirl marks to recover with heat.
Color layers sit between two aliphatic TPU layers, combining the decorative finish with a flexible protective structure.
Helps protect painted surfaces against stone chips, light scratches, and environmental contaminants during everyday driving.
Supports controlled application and secure bonding, with air-release channels that help release trapped air during dry installation.
Supports both application methods, allowing installers to select an approach suited to the panel shape and installation conditions.
Supplied CONERGIES TackEase wipes assist dry installation by temporarily reducing initial tack on suitable panel areas.
Flexible TPU supports application across curved and complex panels. Controlled stretching and tension management help maintain a consistent finish.
Supported by the CONERGIES limited warranty, subject to the applicable product, region, installation, and care requirements.
Film Structure
The film is built using a multi-layer PPF architecture designed for both protection and aesthetics.

Structured Textures Series FAQs

Is carbon fiber PPF made from real carbon fiber?

No. Here, “carbon fiber” describes the film’s appearance, not a structural carbon-fiber component. The series is a TPU color paint protection film with material-inspired visual layers.

How does a forged carbon PPF look differ from a woven carbon-fiber pattern?

A woven look has a regular, repeating weave; a forged-carbon look has a less uniform, fragmented pattern.

What should a shop plan before quoting a full-vehicle textured PPF installation?

Choose the exact pattern first. Then map how it will meet across the hood, fenders, doors, and mirrors, including any visible joins and the direction of the design. That layout determines the material allowance and gives the customer a realistic view of the finished result.

Can carbon fiber paint protection film be used only on selected panels?

Yes, selected-panel accents are an option alongside a broader transformation. Show where the textured film will meet uncovered paint, and agree on complete-panel coverage and edge treatment before the work begins.

Can the Structured Textures Series be installed wet or dry?

The series supports both methods. CONERGIES supplies TackEase wipes to support dry application, but choose the method based on the panel shape and current installation instructions.
